Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager

Job Nature:

• Lead the project team in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality deliverables across all campaigns.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (Sales Team, Assistant Producer / Editorial Team, etc.), ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Prepare and deliver highly professional pitching decks and manage detailed project timelines.
• Brainstorm innovative campaign ideas and build comprehensive business proposals, including digital campaigns and physical event activations.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure non-commercial partnerships (e.g., Partnerships, sponsorships and KOL/MI collaborations).
• Generate engaging social media content ideas aligned with client goals and oversee the seamless execution of client projects.
• Provide clear, detailed briefs to KOLs and MI, coordinate their deliverables, and ensure content quality.
• Assist with guiding video production flows and storyboarding.
• Handle ad-hoc operational and project tasks as required to ensure overall client success.

Characters / Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, account servicing, or digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven experience in building proposals, pitching to clients, leading teams, and managing KOL/influencer campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Canva is a plus
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple timelines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to travel or work on holidays as required.
