Description

As an Assistant Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and managing property projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Preparing project documentation, reports, and updates for key stakeholders.
• Identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
• Monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Conducting site visits and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Supporting the Property department in achieving its objectives.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in the retail or property sectors.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of property development processes and regulations in Hong Kong.
