Role Overview:
As an Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Coordinator, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of facade projects from design to installation. You’ll collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects meet technical, safety, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources for facade subcontracts.

• Coordinate with design teams to review technical drawings (aluminium/steel/glass systems).

• Liaise with suppliers, on-site teams, and main contractors to resolve issues.

• Monitor quality control and compliance with Hong Kong building codes and safety standards.

• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and documentations.

• Support design optimization for manufacturability and installation efficiency.

  Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in facade/curtain wall projects within Hong Kong.
  • Technical expertise in aluminium, steel, and glass facade systems (e.g., structural glazing, cladding, etc.).
  • Background in design/drafting (CAD, BIM) preferred – ability to interpret architectural drawings.
  • Familiarity with local subcontracting practices, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
