Assistant Project Manager / Site Agent

A well-established landscape contracting company in Hong Kong looking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following posts:

Requirements:

• Degree Holder/Higher Diploma in Building Studies
• Construction/Engineering/Environmental Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Solid experience in managing high quality construction projects, overall project planning and management, cost and quality control and co-ordination with main & sub-contractors.
• Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure to meet deadline.
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese.
