Assistant Project Manager (Structural)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, execution and construction supervision of comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong
• Monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal/external parties with regard to the project progress
• Tackle problems encountered and provide solutions to improve the project development efficiency
• Provide innovative solutions to improve project development efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree in Structural Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience overseeing large-scale developments from inception to completion
• Experience in high-end residential/commercial projects preferred
• Conversant with local government regulations
• Self-motivated and a team player with good leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
