In this role, you will help coordinate game localization projects, ensuring content is delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about games, languages, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in managing end-to-end game localization projects, from kickoff to delivery
• Coordinate with linguists and QA testers across multiple languages and countries
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, glossaries, and style guides
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment
• Monitor quality and consistency of localized content
• Handle administrative tasks such as file management, reporting, and invoicing support
• Identify risks or delays and escalate issues when needed

Requirements

• Native Indonesian speaker with strong proficiency in English
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Linguistics, Translation, Language, or related field preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong leadership and teamwork
• Keen eye for detail, self-motivated, and out of the box
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with localization workflows and CAT tools is a plus
• Experience in the translation field and LQA Specialist or Game Tester is a plus
• Big passion for games and understanding of gaming culture
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
