Job summary

The Assistant Project Supervisor would support the coordination and smooth execution of Journey Management Services (JMS) projects. The successful candidate will assist in supervising drivers and journey personnel, monitoring journeys, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring compliance with client requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating daily JMS activities and field operations.
• Support the deployment and supervision of drivers and journey personnel.
• Monitor journeys and ensure compliance with safety procedures and client requirements.
• Liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor and escalate incidents, delays, and other operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports.
• Support compliance with company policies and client SLAs.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
