• Currently completing or have completed your QLD Real Estate Certificate
• Genuine interest in building a career in Property Management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn
• Professional and positive attitude
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with routine inspections and ingoing/outgoing reports
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
• Coordinating maintenance and follow-ups
• Preparing leases, renewals, and general documentation
