Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the leasing and tenancy management of the Group’s property portfolio.
• Support business network development and maintain professional relationships with landlords, corporate clients, property agencies, and business partners.
• Liaise with property developers and owners in identifying and securing suitable premises.
• Participate in contract administration and budget management for shop rentals.
• Conduct site analysis, market research, and assist in evaluating the performance of existing and potential premises for lease renewals and new lettings.
• Handle leasing administrative duties, including reviewing tenancy agreements and preparing outgoing correspondence in compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working with property developers, estate agents, or related sectors.

• Experience in managing a portfolio of chain stores, preferably within the hospitality or retail industry, is a strong advantage.

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer / Officer

• Good commercial acumen, market awareness, and established landlord networks are preferred.

• Able to work flexibly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
