Assistant Property Manager

Qualifications & experience

• Previous experience as a Property Manager preferred
• Experience in using PropertyMe software preferred
• Valid drivers license mandatory
• Current Real Estate License Mandatory

Tasks & responsibilities

· Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in all interactions

· Review and approve tenancy documentation including applications, agreements, and renewals

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge and apply relevant legislation including the RTA and REIQ processes

· Prioritize and efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines

· Independently manage a portfolio of residential rental properties

· Monitor and manage rental arrears and implement recovery strategies

· Coordinate property maintenance for a portfolio of properties

· Handle tenant and landlord dispute resolution, including preparation and representation at QCAT

· Attend Open home inspections, building & pest inspections along with building inspector

· Conduct & attend pre settlement inspections on behalf of client

· Complete and document Entry and Exit Condition Reports accurately and thoroughly

· Schedule, conduct and document Routine Inspections accurately and thoroughly
