What Your Day Could Look Like:

Joining a vibrant and professional team, you’ll receive plenty of guidance and support while taking on responsibilities that grow alongside your experience.

• In and out-of-office tasks – a great way to break up the day!
• Leasing duties including open homes and application processing
• Supporting routine, entry and exit inspections, including reporting
• Assisting with lease renewals and coordinating property maintenance
• Providing support to the wider Property Management team
• Taking on additional responsibilities as your skills and confidence grow
• Working alongside a team that values trust, collaboration and results

What We’re Looking For:

• A current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Ideally 12+ months experience in Property Management already
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and motivated attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn
• A valid driver’s licence
