Assistant Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day technical & MEP operations of the residential property

• Oversee Electrical, HVAC, DG, Fire Fighting, STP, Lifts, Pumps & other utility systems

• Plan and monitor PPM, breakdown maintenance and AMC activities

• Manage technical vendors, contractors and service partners

• Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards and technical audits

• Lead and manage the technical team

• Monitor energy and utility consumption

• Handle resident technical complaints and ensure timely closure

• Prepare MIS, maintenance reports and compliance documentation

• Coordinate with residents, management, vendors and other stakeholders

🎓 Candidate Profile

✅ B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

✅ Experience in Residential / Facility / Property Management

✅ Strong knowledge of MEP & building services

✅ Experience in handling vendors, AMC & technical teams

✅ Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

✅ Experience with premium / luxury residential properties will be an advantage
