Assistant Property Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a professional with proven experience in property management to lead the full operation of a growing commercial and residential portfolio. We currently manage 1 shoping center and between 20 and 30 properties in San Antonio, with a clear goal of scaling to 1,000 doors. The ideal candidate has already managed growing portfolios and knows how to build systems and processes that scale.Key Responsibilities:Once a property is acquired, this role takes full ownership of the operational lifecycle, including:

Marketing and promotion of available properties, including social media and digital platform postings to attract qualified tenants

Rent placement and collection      

Drafting and renewing lease agreements

Coordinating maintenance and contractors      

Handling eviction processes when necessary

Full accounting and monthly financial reporting      

Leading monthly and quarterly portfolio performance reviews Requirements:      Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property management, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple properties or a full portfolio

Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish      

Strong background in accounting and financial management of properties

Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies for tenant placement      

Ability to work independently and make day-to-day operational decisions

We Offer:

Competitive salary between $55,000 o 60,000 annually based on experience, with room for growth as the company scales and the portfolio expands

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
