What they need
Part time (26 hours/week) Mobile Home Community Assistant Manager needed for a large community in Chatsworth that is gated, well managed and highly maintained.
The schedule for this position is 8am-5pm on Thursday and Friday, 10am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday. On site housing is not required or offered.
Duties include corresponding with residents, rules enforcement and data entry. A positive-thinking and organized team member is required with strong writing skills, and who enjoys customer interaction.
MS Office knowledge is required. Property management and Yardi experience are positives.
