Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, tenant relations, and property maintenance to ensure the efficient running of our properties. ## Duties - Assist in managing tenant relations, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Support with lease administration, renewals, and rent collection processes - Assist in property maintenance coordination and vendor management - Aid in ensuring properties comply with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements - Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets - Support in conducting property inspections and overseeing repairs or renovations ## Skills - Aid in marketing of property and social media sites. Proficiency in facilities management and customer relationship management - Knowledge of real estate administrative tasks, property maintenance, and property management principles - Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations is a plus - Understanding of contract law and Fair Housing regulations - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and organization

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
