(Assistant) Property Officer

The Group is looking for capable individuals to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate the daily operations tasks related to Group’s property portfolio
• Oversee the security, cleaning services and repair/maintenance conditions of assigned properties
• Organize and engage in regular meetings with Incorporated Owners and Owners' Committee
• Oversee and monitor the assigned properties’ income and expenditure
• Liaise with service contractors to maintain service quality
• Establish and sustain good relationships with tenants/owners
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a property management company
• Well versed in BMO, DMC and related ordinances
• Holder of PMP License is required
• A good team player, highly responsible with excellent client servicing and interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Candidates with a stable track record are an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Property Officer
