Assistant Property Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist supervisor to manage daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning and security;
• Maintain good tenant relationship;
• Handle clients' inquires and deliver quality services to customer;
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid PMP Licence (Tier 2);
• Possess 1 year of experience in property management;
• Possess at least a diploma in property management, or equivalent;
• Be proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
