Assistant Purchase Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage raw material procurement process from vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
• Coordinate with production team to plan and schedule purchases based on demand forecasts.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers to optimize costs and improve profitability.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, storage, and disposal of excess or obsolete materials.

• SAP

Job Requirements :

• 5-14 years of experience in direct purchase or sheet metal industry.
• Strong knowledge of raw material procurement processes and procedures.
• Excellent negotiation skills for price negotiations with suppliers.
• Ability to analyze data to inform purchasing decisions.
