About the role
Manage and oversee the procurement process for goods, raw materials, and equipment for Gelato/Café operations. This role involves sourcing from both domestic and international suppliers, including overseas purchasing and international sourcing capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Contact and coordinate with suppliers both domestically and internationally
- Search for and compare suppliers based on price, quality, and purchasing terms
- Negotiate prices and trading conditions with suppliers
- Manage procurement documents including PO, quotations, and related documentation
- Coordinate with Operation, Warehouse, Finance, and Supplier departments
- Monitor product delivery and resolve procurement-related issues
About you
- Experience in Purchasing/Procurement, particularly in F&B, Café, Restaurant, or Food Production business
- Experience in international purchasing, import, or international supplier management (preferred)
- Strong English communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing
- Good negotiation and coordination skills
- Ability to analyze prices and costs
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
