Assistant Purchase Manager

We are a lubricant manufacturer with a turnover of about Rs. 100 Crore, making automotive and industrial lubricants for domestic and export markets. We are hiring a Purchase Coordinator for raw material and packaging material at our Patiala plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive indents, take 3 quotations, prepare comparisons and make POs in Tally / ERP

• Follow up daily with suppliers; coordinate base oil tanker and packaging truck deliveries as per production plan

• Monitor stock, reorder levels and stock days; report slow-moving and near-expiry material

• Support imports (PI, LC, shipping documents, CHA) and export packing (labels, cartons, pallets)

• Check invoice, e-way bill and COA with every delivery; handle rejections and debit notes

• Do 3-way matching (PO, GRN, bill), check GST details and share weekly payment-due list with accounts

• Register new suppliers and keep supplier records updated

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly purchase reports

Requirements:

• Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA)

• 3 to 6 years of purchase experience in a manufacturing company - Hands-on PO work in Tally / SAP / any ERP

• Good in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, SUMIF)

• Knowledge of GST, e-way bill, MSME payment rules and import / export documents

• Fluent Hindi and working English

• Lubricant / chemical industry experience preferred

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
