ASSISTANT PURCHASER (CHINESE)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing materials and suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (PO).
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules.
• Compare quotations and maintain supplier records.
• Coordinate with internal departments on purchasing requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment.
• Ensure accurate purchasing documentation and filing.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
