Assistant Purchaser - Construction

The Opportunity

Medro Engineering is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Purchaser to help support construction purchasing and project procurement activities. This role will work closely with project teams and suppliers to help coordinate materials, purchase orders, and delivery requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with purchasing construction materials and supplies
• Request pricing and availability information from vendors
• Help prepare and process purchase orders
• Track orders, deliveries, and material requirements
• Maintain purchasing records and supporting documentation
• Communicate with suppliers and internal project team members
• Assist with material and inventory coordination
• Support additional purchasing and administrative tasks as needed

What You Bring

• Previous experience in purchasing, construction, procurement, or office administration is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using computers and office software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a team

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
