1. Procurement Documentation Preparation and Verification

• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) accurately, completely, and in a timely manner
• Verify the accuracy of POs against Quotations and contract terms and conditions
• Record and update purchasing data in the ERP system
• Track delivery status and coordinate with suppliers

2. Procurement Cost Control and Analysis

• Monitor and control procurement budgets to ensure they stay within approved limits
• Conduct cost analysis to identify effective cost reduction opportunities
• Compare prices and evaluate suppliers to select the most suitable vendors
• Identify and propose cost-saving initiatives

3. Project Planning and Control

• Plan procurement schedules in alignment with project timelines
• Monitor procurement-related project progress and report to the manager
• Coordinate with relevant departments
• Manage supply chain risks that may impact project execution

4. Other Assigned Tasks

• Support the Procurement Manager in managing purchasing operations efficiently
• Participate in procurement process improvement initiatives
