Assistant Purchasing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement operations from PR/PO creation, supplier coordination, delivery follow-up to receiving/inspection.
• Manage and monitor replenishment planning to ensure sufficient stock and minimize overstock.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams including Warehouse, Planning, Operations, and Finance.
• Monitor inventory, outstanding POs, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
• Support sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare purchasing and inventory reports and improve procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2+ years’ experience in Purchasing/Procurement, with strong end-to-end procurement experience.
• Experience in Replenishment / Inventory Planning is highly preferred.
• Retail or Food Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, supplier management, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
