Assistant Purchasing Manager / Senior Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Support supplier sourcing activities, including identifying and evaluating potential suppliers to enhance the product portfolio
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders, shipment, and delivery arrangements to ensure on-time fulfillment
• Assist in handling global purchasing activities and daily procurement operations
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to support price negotiation and purchasing terms under guidance
• Work closely with internal teams to support production planning, purchasing, sourcing, and shipping requirements
• Support the Team Leader in centralized functions of the Purchasing & Shipping Team, ensuring tasks are handled accurately and responsibly
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience
• Experience in medicine manufacturing and import/export operations is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, detail-minded, and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks
• Able to work independently while following established procedures and instructions
• Experience with ERP software is a plus
• Working location: Kowloon Bay and Yuen Long
• Immediate availability is preferred
