Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily procurement of materials.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate contracts.
• Follow up on procurement orders, delivery schedules with site teams, and handle supplier-related issues.
• Process procurement documents, perform invoice matching, and maintain vendor records.
• Coordinate with engineers and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Building Services, or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years of purchasing experience in the Construction / Engineering industry (Fresh graduates are welcome for Assistant level).
• Proficient in computer skills and MS Office applications.
• High integrity, well-organized, proactive, responsible, and with good communication & negotiation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
