Assistant QA Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, standards, and inspection processes.
• Lead incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspections to ensure product compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Planning, Warehouse, Procurement, and Supplier Quality teams to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
• Investigate quality issues, lead root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and process performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop QA/QC team members to achieve departmental objectives.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and customer requirements.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
• Promote a strong quality culture across the organization.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or any related filed; or 3 to 5 years of related working experience in supervisory roles and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Good knowledge of SPC, data analysis, root cause analysis and 8D report.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100 standards.

• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
