Assistant QA/QC Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and managing the QC Team in term of daily operation readiness and to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Collaborate with other departments and coordinate the QC Team to work out with others department on product and project improvement.
• Manage and coordinate the quality teams of IPQC, OQC and product/process analyst to ensure raw material, products and finished goods meet the quality standard.
• Prepare data analysis to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement for customer complaints.
• Deliver training programs for QC Supervisor, Leader and Inspector to enhance skills and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects, including lean manufacturing principles, Kaizen events, or Six Sigma initiatives.
• Responsible to enhance process, tools, jigs and set up and documents for factory acceptance test activities.
• Develop and prepare internal test plan (ITP) for new product range.
• Conduct and develop testing method for existing and new item from vendor.
• Monitor and verify old stock quality performance.

Job Requirements: -

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or any related field is related.
• 3-5 years proven experience in quality assurance, quality control or quality management roles, qith a focus on developing and managing quality management systems in manufacturing industry.
• Professional certifications in quality management systems or related areas are a plus.
• Proficiency in using quality management software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention of detail and accuracy in documentation, record keeping and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate complex concepts and requirements to diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
