Assistant QAQC (Microbiology/Biotechnology)

This is a full-time on-site role as Assistant QAQC located in Lahore for food and pharmaceutical plant systems. The expert will be responsible for Testing Enzyme Production, Product Development and Processing ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality & purity of inoculum and production media, and efficacy of antibiotics used in the process of enzyme production.
• Monitor the development and production of thermostable enzyme from genetically engineered high enzyme producing bacterial culture.
• Ensure the quality and suitability of materials, equipment, and resources used in laboratory and production activities.
• Oversee in-process testing and quality monitoring during production to ensure consistent enzyme quality.
• Review finished product testing and monitor the shelf life of stored liquid and powdered products.
• Develop, review, implement, and maintain SOPs, quality procedures, records, and other quality documentation in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Support validation and calibration of equipment and provide training to laboratory personnel on quality procedures, testing methods, and applicable standards.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable certification guidelines, and coordination with relevant departments for their implementation.
• Review quality data, maintain records, support audits, and identify quality and process improvement needs through appropriate investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.

Experience: BS/M. Phill Microbiology.

Industry Certifications: Certifications in food safety and PSOC, quality management, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, such as HACCP, ISO 22000, or cGMP
