Job Description are as follows:

• Conduct quality check for incoming parts against drawings by performing visual, mechanical and functional check on components and record the findings in the Receiving Inspection Instruction form

• Ensure that all outgoing goods conform to standards and all non-conformities have been recorded

• Responsible for liaising with customer and supplier regarding corrective action for faulty parts

• Responsible for identifying and documenting non-conformances (NCR) and deviations, assisting in root cause analysis and CAPA

• Responsible for managing the equipment calibration and maintenance program

• Responsible for maintaining the assembly procedures files

• Handle all other QC related matter as and when directed by the superior

Candidates needs to understand current specifications involving inspection tolerances, limitations, and procedures and have at least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
