About the role
This role involves controlling and inspecting product quality to meet established standards. You will implement controls related to ISO 9001:2015 and the RJC system to ensure compliance with standard requirements according to the planned schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Control and inspect product quality to meet established standards
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 and RJC system controls
- Create and improve work manuals, work procedures, and quality standards documentation
- Establish quality inspection standards for products from raw material procurement, sample production, in-process production, to finished products
- Monitor and improve quality control processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Track and report on calibration results of measurement tools within the organization
- Prepare summary reports on quality control department performance and necessary projects for management presentation
About you
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2 years or more of experience in quality inspection
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software
- Good English language skills in both speaking and writing
- Candidates with experience in the jewelry industry will be given special consideration.
