- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality, reliability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions plans.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., APQP reports) to track trends, identify root causes of defects, and optimize processes.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of wiring harness assembly processes and quality control procedures.
- Experience with process quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
