Assistant Quality Service Manager (One year secondment contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaint with professionalism, conducting case investigations thoroughly, and preparing timely, accurate and well-structured written responses in line with internal policies and HKMA requirements;
• Identify potential threats or areas that need instant improvement and escalates to appropriate parties for follow-up actions.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or Operations Management or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years experience in retail banking / customer services / complaint handling, familiar with banking operations and products will be an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills with high EQ and good problem-solving skills;
• Able to handle sensitive matters with tact, discretion, and professionalism;
• Detail-minded, well-organised, self-motivated and willing to accept challenges;
• Knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua are preferable;
• Secondment contract subject to renewal;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Quality Service Manager.
