What they need
Responsibilities
- Assisting Senior Management to handle project audit, project contractual/commercial supports and management
- Lead QS team and in charge the contract administrative and commercial aspects of assigned projects
Requirements
- Degree holder in QS or related disciplines, with professional qualification in HKIS / RICS or equivalent
- Min. 3 years at senior QS level (with experience gained from a main contractor is an advantage)
- Experience in NEC contracts is advantageous
- Excellent knowledge on QS practice, contract administration, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong commercial sense, independent working, dynamic thinking
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
