Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

The role

• Prepare cost estimation with detailed labour, plant and material cost build-ups.

• Measure and price civil works — sewerage, roadworks, drainage, trenchless works, footpaths and landscaping (SMM).

• Prepare subcontract tender packages: scope, bills of quantities, special conditions and supply schedules.

• Handle tendering, subcontractor procurement, quotations and contract review.

• Prepare interim payment applications, valuations and final accounts.

What we're looking for

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years' quantity surveying experience, ideally with a main contractor on Hong Kong civil works.

• Working knowledge of NEC (ECC) contracts and HKCA subcontract forms.

• Strong measurement (SMM) and Microsoft Excel skills.

• Fluent written and spoken Cantonese and English.
