ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR

• Assist the Quantity Surveyor in managing project costs, quantities, and documentation.
• Prepare BQ, cost estimates, tender documents, and quotations.
• Carry out quantity take-off and measurement based on structural and architectural drawings.
• Assist in preparing progress claims, variation orders, and subcontractor claims.
• Check and verify quantities, materials, and work completed at site.
• Assist with procurement and cost comparison of materials and subcontractor works.
• Prepare and maintain proper project documentation, records, and reports.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and the site team when required.
• Attend site visits and assist in monitoring work progress.
• Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in Structural & Architectural projects is preferred.
• Able to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of quantity take-off and measurement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
