Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Ample is a main contractor capable of interior fitting-out, renovation services, maintenance services, alteration and addition (A&A) works for residential, industrial and commercial properties in Hong Kong. With the team has over 20 years of experience, we gained extensive experience and reputation in the industry.

To cope with our increasing business activities and new initiatives, Ample Construction (HK) Limited is inviting high caliber candidates to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• To responsible for tender and contract
• To responsible for pre and post contract management, including but not limited to tendering, budget control, material procurement, evaluate sub-contractor’s claims, variation preparation, contractual claims, subletting, cash flow monitoring, EOT application and final account settlement

Requirements:

• Experience in A&A works, fitting out project is advantage
• With pricing skill and practical experience in tender process
• Min. higher certificate above in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline
• At least 1 years relevant experience in QS fields
• Experience of dealing with different trade contractors
• Good understanding of standard form of contract in Hong Kong will be an advantage
• Proactive & able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Professional qualification and PC knowledge are advantageous
• Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese & Mandarin
