Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with cost planning, estimates and budget preparation.
• Support tender documentation, procurement and contract administration.
• Assist with valuations, variations and cost reporting.
• Help prepare financial reports and final accounts.
• Attend client meetings and collaborate with project teams.
• Develop your technical knowledge across pre and post-contract services.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years’ consultancy experience
• Bsc in Quantity Surveying or similar
• An interest in working towards RICS chartership.
• Strong numerical, organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and genuine ambition to progress.
