Bond Interiors is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Trivandrum office and support our Dubai Head Office.

Position
Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Estimation

Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
• Freshers to 5 years of experience are welcome to apply
• Candidates with interior fit-out experience will be preferred

Key Requirements

• Ability to read and understand interior fit-out drawings
• Ability to quantify and prepare quantity take-offs from fit-out drawings
• Basic knowledge of post-contract QS activities
• Knowledge of measurements, variations, valuations, and final accounts
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to coordinate with and support the Dubai Estimation team

Salary
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
