About the Company
A leading building solutions and construction technology company is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for junior QS professionals to gain hands-on project exposure and develop their career within the construction industry.
About the Job
- Assist in quantity take-off, cost estimation and tender preparation
- Prepare subcontract documents and payment valuations
- Monitor project costs and variations
- Support contract administration and project reporting
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline
- 1-3 years of QS experience in construction, E&M or fitting-out projects
- Knowledge of tendering and contract administration is an advantage
- Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
