Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Exploring all aspects of Project Finance (QS) in fitting out/ A&A projects;
• Perform post-contact quantity surveying duties;
• Assisting Project Finance Manager in cost analysis, procurement, certifying payment & variation, final account settlement and project cost reporting;
• Handle daily operations including payment applications & certifications, sub-contractors’ payments;
• Attend project meetings, site meetings when required;
• Liaising and working closely with other departments and external parties in respect of the project progress and contract.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Quantity Surveying related discipline;
• 1 - 2 years’ relevant working experience;
• Professional work ethics and behavior;
• Highly organized and ability to prioritize;
• Adaptable, responsive, self-motivated, eager to learn;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
