As a full-time Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the construction projects and operations of this leading construction firm.

What you'll be doing

• Tracking and monitoring project costs, variations, and claims
• Providing support in the preparation of progress claims and final accounts
• Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and bid submissions
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation

What we're looking for

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction principles, processes, and cost management
• Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiar with Malaysian construction regulations and industry standards
