Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Handle quantity surveying duties to ensure project budgeting and cost control for new build, A&A, and fitting-out works projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimation and analysis for tenders and assist in tender submissions
• Prepare and submit Variation Orders (VO) to clients; review, assess and verify VO submitted by subcontractors
• Prepare interim and final payment applications
• Assist in contract administration and cost control matters
• Review construction and maintenance project accounts to ensure accuracy
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Conduct site visits and attend meetings when required

About you

• Diploma or Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in A&A renovation works or main contractor projects
• Proficient in Cantonese; basic Mandarin; good command of English is an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
