What they need
Responsible for providing quantity survey functions by assisting with:
- Prepare and Assess Subcontractor's Payment and Variation
- Support site payment to direct labour
- Payment application
- V.O. estimation and submission
- Final account preparation
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies / BTM or equivalent
- 1-3 years’ site QS experience in Contractors for building projects
- Experience in Plasterer Trade is in advance
- Responsible, perseverant, able to work independently
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferable
