Department: Radio Network Optimization

In this position, you will:

• Responsible for driving KPI improvement and formulating plans for both supervised and non-supervised grids, and managing end-to-end follow-up on wireless scenario requirements and market alignment.
• Responsible for extracting and analyzing various data of the assigned micro-grids, including KPI, MR, alarms, and other datasets, to support network problem diagnosis and effectiveness evaluation.
• Responsible for developing micro-grid quality improvement plans, including solution analysis and formulation, review and assessment, test scheduling, effectiveness tracking, and preparation of summary and report materials.
• Manage micro-grid or scenario-based projects end to end, covering requirement confirmation, solution development, resource coordination, test supervision, and acceptance.
• Act as the key interface between the technical team and the marketing team, translating business scenarios into network optimization requirements.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in network optimization.
• Strong capability in micro-grid analysis and optimization, with solid knowledge of multi-dimensional data analysis such as KPI, MR, and alarms.
• Strong capabilities in solution review and effectiveness evaluation, able to produce standardized performance analysis reports.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, able to convey information accurately, manage expectations of multiple stakeholders, and translate user-perceived needs into specific wireless network requirements.
• Familiar with full-process quality management of wireless networks.
