Key Responsibility :

1. Set or improve department Goal/KPI

2. Set, monitor and control department budget

3. Provide new innovation that relate to company process or product

4. Manage on new project to achieve target and time line

5. Work with R&D team and/or Process Engineer team to solve the production issue

6. Support other department on process and quality improvement

7. Report any unusual or anything that may affect the food safety, occupational health, safety, environmental and other management system

8. Follow other tasks as assigned

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in R&D or a related field.
• Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000, GHP, HACCP, HALAL, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is an advantage.
• Have car and driving license
