Here at The New House, we are architects of memorable moments, welcoming guests with warmth, charm, and the gentle sounds of nature. As part of the Town & Country Collective, we’re committed to reshaping hospitality with innovative service and genuine Welsh warmth. From roaring fires and modern Welsh cuisine to afternoon teas with friends, our hotel is a home where guests can truly relax and enjoy the experience.

Make an Impact: You will play a key role in helping us shape the future of our reception operations and grow room revenue by crafting exceptional experiences for our guests and thinking commercially about how we attract guests to stay at our hotel.

We truly believe in looking after our people as much as we look after our guests, and we do this by offering the following benefits:

· Complimentary meals whilst on duty.

· Preferential accommodation rates.

· Qualifications relevant to your role.

· Clear training and development pathways.

· An Aspiring Leadership Programme.

· Work buddy to guide you.
