Assistant Recruitment Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify talent gaps.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top performers in the industry.
• Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in lateral hiring or non-IT recruitment.
• Proven track record of success in end-to-end recruitment for technical positions.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, professional networks, and job boards.
