Position : Assistant Recruitment Manager

Experience : 3-6 years

Education : MBA HR Preferred

Location : Chennai, Vadodara, Baroda, Delhi

Age : Up to 32 years

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding

• Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with business stakeholders and follow up on feedback

• Maintain recruitment trackers and databases

• Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations and manage offer rollouts

• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates

• Ensure adherence to hiring timelines (TAT) and recruitment targets

• Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
