Assistant Regulatory Affairs Executive

1.     Assists in product registration for natural product (Traditional Medicine and Health Supplement), classification application, production notification for cosmetic, and other regulatory matter.

2.     To compile data for new product submissions, product variation, and response to correspondences from authority in a timely manner.

3.     Assist in maintaining the registration of marketed products

4.     To do checking and amendment on product information, labels, artwork and other documents as required for the regulatory compliance.

5.     Assist in the documentation of product changes, design reviews and labeling changes

6.     Assist in ensuring local and international market regulatory requirements are in compliance.

7.     To apply for documents which need for export use such as Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product (CPP) and Certificate of Free Sale (CFS) .

8.     Assist in application of importing document and permit.

9.     To develop database, maintain and updates the registration status and documentation for all product.

10.  Other task assigned by the superior

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Food Science/ Nutrition/ Biomedical/ Pharmacy or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Malay (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, AI & Photoshop
• Able to work under pressure with multi-disciplinary officials or groups
• Good communication and ability to work effectively
• Proactive, possess a good working attitude, hardworking, and able to work effectively
